Data is retained for the duration of the active service agreement plus applicable legal retention periods. We employ industry-standard encryption and security protocols to safeguard your information against unauthorized access.

2.1 Essential Cookies

3.1 Milestone-Based Recovery
Services are delivered in phases. Refunds are evaluated based on the completion of project milestones. If a phase has been fully delivered and approved, that portion of the resource allocation is non-refundable.

3.2 Project Termination
Clients may terminate a project before the start of a new phase with 14 days' written notice. In such cases, resources for uninitiated phases are recovered, minus a standard administrative fee of 10%.

3.3 Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be raised within 30 days of delivery. OpenCurveFrame is committed to resolving all resource recovery issues within the legal frameworks of the European Union.

4.1 Intellectual Property Framework
Upon final payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom-designed digital assets, code, and "real estate" created specifically for the project. OpenCurveFrame retains the right to use anonymized methodologies for future curve optimization.

4.2 Limitation of Liability
OpenCurveFrame is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is strictly limited to the resources allocated to the specific service in question.

4.3 Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All proprietary information shared during the frame construction process is subject to strict confidentiality. This obligation remains active for two years following project completion.

4.4 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
